Sunrose Trader OS and any related trading content are provided for analysis and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment or trading advice, do not execute trades, and do not guarantee profits, accuracy or returns. Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of your capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
5. Client projects
Custom development work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, timelines, fees and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.
6. Intellectual property
The Sunrose name, logos, website content and our products are owned by Sunrose Technologies. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission. Content you upload remains yours; you give us permission to process it only to provide the Services to you.
7. Availability
We work to keep our website and Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or discontinue features from time to time.
8. Limitation of liability
